This privacy policy governs your use of the Audree mobile application ("The App") created by the team at F8.cz. The Application records audio on demand and lets you edit, replay and organize your audio recordings.

We at F8.cz take your privacy very seriously. Therefore:
The App stores audio recordings to your mobile device's disk only when explicitely instructed to. The content of your recordings is not transmitted anywhere.
The App collects statistical usage information (via Google Analytics) in order to give us a chance to better understand the way you use it. All collected information is strictly anonymous and contains neither your personal information nor the content of your recordings. All collected data are used for internal purposes only and are not provided to any other party.
If you want to record the locations of your recordings, you may choose to enable location services in the App. If you do, your location is checked once during every session and stored as part of the session information. No real-time location tracking is performed and your location information is not transmitted anywhere.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
We do not a priori have access to your e-mail address. However, if you decide to share your e-mail address with us, either by subscribing on our website or in any other way, we will not use it to send you unsolicited mail nor share it with any third party.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting an update here and informing you via an e-mail (if you provided your e-mail address to us).
By using the Application, you are giving consent with this Privacy Policy.
